Cynthia Hao

Cynthia has over twenty years of finance and accounting related experience from both public accounting and industry. She currently leads the financial reporting function of a billion dollar public technology company in the Bay Area. Prior to that, she was a senior manager in PwC where she served both public companies as well as growth-phase emerging companies in the bay area as an auditor as well as an accounting adviser. She has extensive experience with a variety of accounting and finance related matters. Cynthia is a CPA in California and a member of the AICPA. .

Kimberly Stinson Serrano

Kimberly Stinson Serrano has over 20 years of experience in education and performing arts. She holds a BA in English Literature and Theatre from California State University, Stanislaus and an MA in Curriculum for Dance/Performing Arts from Stanford’s Graduate School of Education. Along with consulting on curricular matters, Kim has choreographed in various dance forms for studio, opera, theatre, university, and vocal groups. Kim has also written for many companies, and she currently provides content design for WhatsApp’s 2.5 billion users. She is an annual fund volunteer for Sacred Heart Schools - Atherton and a board member for Magical Strings West and The Carole Stinson Literacy Foundation.
