Cynthia Hao

Cynthia has over twenty years of finance and accounting related experience from both public accounting and industry. She currently leads the financial reporting function of a billion dollar public technology company in the Bay Area. Prior to that, she was a senior manager in PwC where she served both public companies as well as growth-phase emerging companies in the bay area as an auditor as well as an accounting adviser. She has extensive experience with a variety of accounting and finance related matters. Cynthia is a CPA in California and a member of the AICPA. .
